Love’s Travel Club provides:

• Travel club memberships

• A mobile app offering account access, notifications, and membership tools

All travel services are fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers (resorts, hotels, travel providers, etc.).

We act solely as a travel club, marketing provider, and liaison, not as a direct travel operator.

4. Membership Terms

4.1 Membership Structure

Love’s Travel Club membership includes:

• A one-time enrollment payment (financing may be available through third-party financing partners)

• An annual renewal fee between $200 – $300

• Access to discounted or promotional travel through partners

• Member-only offers, notifications, and communications

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Your membership automatically renews every year unless canceled prior to renewal.
You authorize us or our payment processor to charge your stored payment method.

4.3 Right of Rescission (3-Day Cancellation Window)

You may cancel your membership within three (3) business days of purchase for a full refund.

After the rescission period ends:

4.4 Post-Rescission Cancellations

After the 3-day window, cancellations prevent future renewals, but no refunds are provided for past payments.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

• Third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, financing providers, etc.)

5.2 Authorization

By submitting payment information, you authorize Love’s Travel Club to:

• Charge applicable membership fees

• Charge annual renewal fees

• Charge any additional voluntary purchases

• Process payments through third-party payment processors

5.3 Financing Terms

If financing is used:

• All financing terms are governed by the financing provider, not Love’s Travel Club

• Financing obligations do not affect your rescission rights

• After rescission period, financing agreements continue per lender terms

6. Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 Refund Window

You have 3 business days after purchase to cancel and receive a full refund.

6.2 After 3 Days

There are no refunds under any circumstances, except where required by law.

6.3 Travel Purchases

Travel purchases governed by third-party suppliers are subject to the specific supplier’s refund/cancellation rules.

Love’s Travel Club is not responsible for supplier cancellation fees or policies.

7. Travel Services & Disclaimers

7.1 Third-Party Providers

Travel services—including but not limited to resort stays, hotel accommodations, travel experiences, and promotional packages—are fulfilled by independent third parties.

We do not control:

• Resort availability

• Pricing

• Quality of accommodations

• Changes or closures

• Supplier policies

• Travel disruptions

7.2 No Guarantee of Availability

Promotional offers, discounts, and resort inventory are subject to:

• Availability

• Blackout dates

• Partner participation

• Seasonal limitations

We do not guarantee the availability of any specific resort or travel dates.

7.3 Travel Risks

You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Delays

• Illness

• Weather conditions

• Natural disasters

• Transportation issues

You agree that Love’s Travel Club is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expenses related to your travel.

 

8. User Accounts

8.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• All activity under your account

• Updating contact and billing information

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraud

• Abuse

• Violations of these Terms

• Misuse of membership benefits

 

9. Mobile App Terms

9.1 App License

Love’s Travel Club grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the mobile app for personal use.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer

• Copy or reproduce

• Sell or license the app

• Modify or distribute the software

9.2 Push Notifications

By using the app, you agree to receive push notifications unless disabled in device settings.

9.3 Apple & Google Disclaimer

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not responsible for:

• App content

• Support or maintenance

• Claims, damages, losses, or liabilities related to the app

Your use of the app must comply with Apple App Store and Google Play policies.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All website and app content—including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, videos, offers, and software—is the property of Love’s Travel LLC.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
